The changes will be preserved to our database to ensure future perfect fit orders.
Alteration and remake requests are valid for 15 days after your final fitting.
We are not responsible for alterations on orders placed using measurements that are not taken by V-Cut Suits personnel.
REMAKES
We will remake your garment if a defect or error in production that does not allow it to be altered.
Our suits, trousers and jackets are tailored for allowance of weight fluctuations of +/- 10 lbs. We will not be responsible for alterations or remakes due to major changes in body size.
REFUNDS
We will process any refunds after a remake is unsuccessful in completing your ideal fit.
Refunds will be issued 7-10 business days after receiving the returned garment.
Measurements that were not taken by a V-Cut Suits personnel are not eligible for any form of refund.
